MG Office-Services specialise in the service and repair of printers, mainly Hewlett Packard (HP) although we also support all other makes such as Canon, Lexmark, Samsung, Brother, Olivetti, Philips, Grundig, Epson and Dell.

We also supply and fit maintenance kits and most spares are kept in stock. If we do not have them we can normally obtain them within 24 hours.  Simply phone or email us and we will arrange a call.

Our call out and service/repair prices are as follows:

You will not pay anymore than the call out charge unless the engineer is on site for more than one hour.

All prices are subject to VAT and any parts fitted will be quoted before we fit.

London prices include labour for one machine only, additional machines extra.

These prices are just a guide and some machines may fall into a lower price bracket, if you want more than one machine serviced or repaired then you will save on the labour charge.

New Service

Why not send in your machines and let us repair them at the workshop for you.

For machines sent to the workshop, all repairs for £45+Parts+VAT. Minimum charge £25 estimate if not instructed to carry out work. £12 delivery charge for DHL to return machine.

Service: £45+VAT + £12 DHL
Repair: £45+Parts+VAT + 12 DHL
Inspection with no repair: £25+VAT and scrapping or £12 to return via DHL
